The Licensee Data Report is a listing of all Kansas real estate licensees, updated monthly. It includes Active, Inactive, Suspended, Revoked, Expired, and Deceased Licensees. Licensees whose license has expired but remain in the six-month grace period are noted as "Expired Renewable".

The report contains the following fields for all licensees:

• Licensee Name
• License Number and Type
• Date Issued
• Renewed
• Expiration Date
• License Status

Downloading the Report

This report is a *.csv file and may be easily imported into various databases, spreadsheets, or word processing programs. Due to the size of the file, it is available on our website only in zipped format.

Caution: This file is not provided for verification or certification of license. For official verification, please use the license search feature on our website. A certification of license must be requested from the Commission through the Public Portal.
