Compliance Courses

Compliance courses are offered by the Commission and assigned as discipline, however many educators and licensees attend voluntarily for the information.

  • CE credit is not provided
  • No fee to attend
  • Courses are in-person at the KREC office in Topeka, unless a virtual option is noted
  • Attendees must hold a Kansas real estate license or be an approved education provider
  • A broker license is required to attend the Broker Supervision course

The Broker Supervision course focuses on principal areas of broker responsibility, effectively managing an office and supervising affiliated licensees, common violations, advertising, and mitigating and aggravating factors.

The BRRETA course discusses the brochure and disclosures, written agreement requirements, agency vs. transaction brokerage, and common issues and violations.

If you are interested in attending one or both courses, please sign up below. We will contact you closer to the course date to confirm your attendance and provide further details. Email [email protected] to cancel.
